Pink Tuna – AAAA+

Pink Tuna Strain

The infamous Black Tuna Gang made their mark in the 70s as a marijuana smuggling ring, and their namesake strain, Pink Tuna, is just as notorious. This 70/30 Indica-dominant hybrid packs a powerful punch, with THC levels reaching up to the low 30s. Featuring a sour diesel flavor and intense fruit aromas, Pink Tuna will leave your living room smelling like a tropical paradise.

Aroma and Flavour

Pink Tuna’s buds are shaped like minty grapes and covered in a thin layer of white trichomes, giving them a frosty look. You’ll be hit with a pungent, heavy smell of sour diesel upon lighting up; a truly unique aroma that will linger in the air for hours. The flavor is similarly sour and diesel-y, and you’ll also detect some sweet, fruity notes on the exhale.

Effects

The effects of Pink Tuna are strong and long-lasting. You’ll first experience a cerebral punch full of euphoria that might make you a bit unfocused, then your body will start to relax and sink into a deeply calming tingly state. This effect quickly turns sedative, leaving you feeling happy and peaceful and ready for a good night’s sleep.

Medical Benefits

If you suffer from insomnia or fatigue, Pink Tuna can be a godsend. It will help you sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed. It’s also great for treating cramps, pain, muscle spasms, and other conditions. But be careful, as novice users can find themselves knocked flat by the strain’s potent THC content.
